1.By completing the RROBRTACANYON.COM membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of ROBERTACANYON.COM. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once you have submitted the join form you have become a 'member'.
2.As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees.
3.For your convenience and satisfaction, all memberships will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is cancelled prior to the end of the current term.
4.To cancel your membership, simply use the cancellation link found on the member's home page. Or go to https://www.ibillcs.com/ . The cancellation is a simple process!
5.Any liability of ROBERTACONYON.COM including without limitation under any course of action will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the preceeding 12 months.
6.Members user name and password must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service. ROBERTACANYON.COM under law must hold the member liable for unauthorized breach of membership.
7.All information and files transmitted via email is deemed public domain material.
8.Memberships are not transferable.
9.Members are responsible for providing processor with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service.
10.Members are responsible to provide all necessary equipment to gain access to ROBERTACANYON.COM .
11.ROBERTACANYON.COM has the right to refuse membership to any individual and has the right to cancel a membership.
12.Without limitation ROBERTACANYON.COM does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by ROBERTACANYON.COM or a 3rd party source.
13.All pictures, images, sounds, text, video-caps, and any other material located on this site are the sole property of ROBERTACANYON.COM and are not to be distributed in any form without the prior written consent of ROBERTACANYON.COM.
